The name and logo of the company pay homage to the great state of California. The Grizzly Bear on the California state flag represents the original settlers of the state symbolizing the tenacity of their journey to statehood. We approach projects in the same way. More personally, the bear is in honor of our late four legged, bear-like mascot, Scaado, whose name in Gaelic means "shadow." Like a shadow, we plan to see your deal through, from beginning to end. The Surf part comes from our simple, honest approach to every client, property, and project. The ocean holds no bias, you either sink or swim. We feel there is no reason why any real estate deal can’t be thought of in the same way. Our name and logo reflect our values and approach to any challenge.
